Accessibility

This page outlines our commitments to digital accessibility.

What is digital accessibility?

Digital accessibility is a set of guidelines and best practices that cover functional, visual, technical, and editorial aspects, among others. Following these rules and best practices ensures that digital content (websites, mobile apps, PDF documents, etc.) is accessible to people with disabilities.

For example, an accessible website allows you to:

  • Customise your display via the operating system and/or browser (enlarge or reduce font size, change the font, adjust colours, disable animations, etc.).
  • Navigate using assistive technologies such as text-to-speech or a Braille display.
  • Navigate without using the mouse, using only the keyboard, buttons or a touchscreen.
  • Watch videos and listen to audio content using subtitles and/or transcripts.

Digital accessibility commitments

Kelio is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with European Directive 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services.

To this end, it is implementing the following strategy and measures:

The group’s flagship website, www.kelio.com, underwent a compliance audit in February and March 2026, carried out by Ideance. The corrective work currently underway on kelio.com will directly benefit Kelio’s international websites, including kelio.co.uk, as part of a joint improvement initiative.

Improvement initiative

A compliance audit was carried out on the kelio.com website in March 2026 by Ideance. The fixes identified relate in particular to semantic structure, keyboard navigation and interactive components.

These fixes, which have been incorporated into the technical framework shared by all Kelio sites, will have a direct impact on this site. We are committed to:

  • Implementing the fixes identified in the kelio.com audit on kelio.co.uk as they are rolled out;
  • Incorporating accessibility requirements into the design of every new feature and piece of content;
  • Training our editorial teams in best editorial practices: text alternatives, link titles, and heading hierarchy.
